Our principle objective is to guide and facilitate user access to their rights and help them understand their duties in relation to healthcare (according to the Charter of citizen rights and duties in relation to health and healthcare services, edited by the Health Department of the Catalan Autonomous Government).
The Patient Services Unit receives complaints, queries and suggestions from users with an aim to improving the quality of our healthcare services.
